First, we need to understand what hypertension really is:

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition where the force of blood against the walls of the arteries is too high. It is usually defined when blood pressure is above 140/90. And it is considered severe when the pressure is above 180/120. High blood pressure often has no symptoms. Over time, if left untreated, it can cause health issues such as heart disease and even strokes.

What is often suggested is adjusting to a healthier diet, consuming less salt, exercising regularly, and taking medication to lower blood pressure. But I have personally experienced that this is actually NOT TRUE and does NOT address the real root cause, nor the natural solution.

One day, I visited my parents, and my mother, who used to be a nurse, was measuring the grandchildren’s blood pressure just for fun. At that time, I was only eating healthy food, exercising regularly, and working as a model, so if you were to follow conventional health guidelines literally, you wouldn’t imagine my mother’s shock when she measured mine and it turned out to be very high. That’s why it’s my moral duty to share what I’ve discovered and how I’ve naturally solved it.

Blood consists of 80 to 90% water. The root cause of why we develop hypertension is: if we don’t drink enough water, the blood thickens. When this happens, our heart needs extra force to pump this thicker blood. The extra force needed for this increases the pressure. Once the pressure rises, hypertension or high blood pressure occurs.

So is there a medicine you can take to add more water to your system? No, there isn’t. Sometimes they prescribe aspirin or other medications to thin the blood. But the best diluent is: water. Once I started drinking enough water with necessary minerals, my HIGH blood pressure almost disappeared instantly.

I don’t think I’m giving you wrong, unhealthy unauthorized advice by recommending you to drink enough tasteless, unsweetened, and pure spring mineral water in a world where Coca-Cola can be promoted everywhere. Just try it, and see what happens 😉 You may find you no longer need your medication…

The real root cause why I didn’t drink enough mineral water was because I heard you lose weight if you drink a lot of water. And I was laughed at for being very thin. I also didn’t want to drink anything tasteless or unsweetened because I sought fulfillment in taste. As compensation for the unresolved emptiness I felt inside. Which resulted in me hardly drinking pure mineral water. So the real root cause of my lack of essential amounts of mineral water was my unresolved emotional issues.
